    Cheese Corn

    Ingredients

    4 cans whole kernel corn
    2 boxes room temperature cream cheese (8 oz boxes)
    1 stick butter, melted
    pinches of salt and pepper
    Directions

    Drain cans of corn and place into pot on medium to high heat. Add cream cheese and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and serve! add creamed cheese and mix well. Add remainiing items and serve.

    Preparation Time 25min minutes
    Cooking Time 15 min. minutes

    I do green beans the same way - it is fast and yummy! You can use the low-fat or Neufachatel, too.

    I'll bet there are no calories there! Just FLAVOR! I've tried this once and it's fantastic.

    We like to add green chile to our corn and cheese. Makes a great dip with with mexican food

    I've never heard of this.
    You eat it just like you would cream corn??

    I only use cream style corn in my cornbread. Makes it nice and moist, melts in your mouth. Think I'll make some tonight.
