Anyone have any good meat and veggie packet recipes? Something that can be tossed on the BBQ or campfire. No muss, no fuss.

We used to make what my Mom called HoBo dinners when we were kids. It's just a hamberger patty with potatoes, onions and carrots wraped up in a foil packet and grilled on the grill. We also have used chicken in place of the hamburger patty.

Have fun with the grill packets! I need for hubby to buy more gas for our grill so we can fix these cool dinners.
