    Default Chocolate Cream Balls

Here is a recipe that is quick, easy, and DELICIOUS. Perfect for a gift, or to bring to a party!

    Chocolate Cream Balls
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk (the real stuff, not fat free)
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Combine ingredients in saucepan, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens, and pulls away from sides of pan. (Most time consuming part, but, worth it, probably about 20 minutes)
If you want to at the end of this step you can add coffee liquer, or rum and then let completely cool.

After mixture cools, with buttered hands, roll mixture into one inch balls. Roll in chopped nuts, chocolate, non pareils, or coconut.

I am sure you can freeze these with no problems. There never seem to be any left for me to freeze! LOL SOOOOOO GOOD!

    Merry Christmas!
