We make chocolate ganache for cakes. The leftover is a paint for the kids to use. Just paint grahamn crackers if you don't have time to make cookies. Get out the sprinkles... and the vacuum!

Quick Chocolate Ganache

14 oz chocolate (I used a bag of chips & a 2 oz square)
1 cup heavy cream or evap milk
2 T corn syrup (can omit) It makes it shiny.
4 t butter (also optional)
l teaspoon vanilla (opt) or liquer for adults

Put it all in a pyrex bowl & heat in microwave, stirring once with a whisk. Than whisk it until smooth. Takes about 2 mins.
