    Diabetic hubby, so I am ALWAYS looking for things he can have, and cheese cake is so so so good........thanks for sharing this one...

    Thanks for this recipe! My daughter and I are on a low carb, no sugar weight loss program and we both have a "sweet tooth", so this one is a "must try"!!!

    Try using foil liners insted of paper. May be easier to get out without sticking.

    Good idea! I was thinking to spray the paper cups with cooking spray, but then, why use the cups if you have to do that! lol
