    The whole thing is done in a blender in 10 seconds! I tried this one in '06. My notes say it needs more spices so you be the judge and perk it up where you want.

    Combine in blender for 10 sec:

    * 3 eggs
    * 1-1/2 cups milk
    * 1/2 cup Bisquick
    * 3/4 cup sugar
    * 1 cup pumpkin
    * 1-1/2 tsps. cinnamon
    * 1 tsp. ginger
    * 1 tsp. nutmeg
    * 1 tsp. vanilla

    Bake @350 deg. for 40 min. ;)

    Sounds really good and easy to. What size pan do you use?

    I baked it in a 9-in. pie plate but you could bake it in individual ramekins, oven-proof custard dishes, etc.

    Envy them no more....here's my pie crust recipe I posted in Feb. It's easy enough and fail-proof for anyone!

    I think it's referred to as 'impossible pumpkin pie'. I use the same method with custard. My favorite kind of pie.

    I do crusts.......they're called Pillsbury Ready Crust! Better than my homemade. My mom always made the best pie crusts; and I tried but just couldn't.

    You are right! I just checked my recipes and this crustless one calls for more spices and more eggs than my "Impossibly Easy Pumpkin Pie" recipe but it's the same thing almost! Actually, I like my no bake pumpkin pie better and the double layer pumpkin pie recipe also. The impossibly easy recipe is a 5-star one!! I should have posted that one!! Oh well, enjoy it anyway! Some prefer no crust! Thank you, jan22!!!
