    I have tried making sweet potato fries before and they never turn out. Can't wait to try these!! Thanks for the recipe.

    Instead of spices add an envelope of dry onion or herb soup

    Put the sliced potatoes in a plastic bag with 2T of oil..shake then add mix and shake again
