Default Drunken Guacamole

mmm ... eating a batch now

Peel and slice 3 avocados
Add juice and pulp of 1 small lime
Add 1-2 tbl of Tequila
Dice 1 medium tomato
Grate about 1 tbl of onion
Finely chop/smash fresh cilantro - about 1 tbl
Add about 2 tsp of garlic
Add about 2 tsp of salt

I actually added 3 tbl of Tequila ... it's a bit too bitter so I added more salt

I'm gonna try it, but skipping the cilantro. I would be up all night with the cilantro. Definitely gonna try it though.
