A dear little lady gave me this recipe and I can't get enough of it!!! Ingredients aren't exact....just to taste:

    Salsa Salad

    Lettuce
    Tomatoes cut into chunks
1/4 cup or so of parmasan cheese

Mix together some mayo and salsa (hot, med or mild - according to your taste)

Mix mayo/salso mix into salad fixings and add Texas Toast Garlic croutons.

(I'm going to try adding roasted shrimp to this one of these days)

    Enjoy!!!
