I use to make this pie a lot with the shortbread crust. I had forgotten all about it! I guess I'll put my diet on hold for another week.

Thanks for posting.

I used the premade shortbread crusts last time I made it..I HATE GRAHAM Cracker crusts! lol I never use them! It's cool someone else made it before me! They SO should have! I gave up looking for a recipe that used those ingredients so I made one up a few years ago! Mmm. Diet? Isn't LEMON a fruit, afterall!! And cream cheese..protein??

My variation of this is 1 lg. and 1 sm. cool whip. 1 can condensed milk and 1 can frozen lemonade. Mix together and pour into graham cracker pie crust and freeze. (makes 2 or maybe 3 pies.)

------------------- If so, Just whip fairly stiff and fold in carefully...and be sure to refrigerate. If you use real whipping cream..which I LOVE.... it will spoil faster...as if there is any left to spoil~!

Default Mmmm You are welcome!

It is. Only thing that CAN go wrong is TOO much condensed milk...which Is Yummy but
it doesn't firm up without the balance. You are most welcome!
