I just asked my hubby and he wants me to make these cookies for him (no baking, fast and easy). He is no longer a diabetic since he got a new pancreas and kidney transplant in 1990. He was a diabetic since he was in 3rd grade so now he is no longer a diabetic.

Go Indianapolis Colts!

No Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 T. cocoa
3 cups quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa and boil for 1 minute. After it starts to boil mix remaining ingredients. Stir up quickly, then spoon on waxed paper. Let cool for 20 minutes and then store in a container.

These are so good! Enjoy! I bet you can't just eat one!!!!

Tortilla roll ups
I pkg large flour Tortillas
2 pkg cream cheese
3 pkg Carl Budding thin sliced ham
1 can olives (chopped into small pieces)
1 bundle of Green onions (cleaned and chopped up in small pieces)

Lay down a tortilla spread on the cream cheese (make sure you cover the edges) lay down 3/4 pieces of ham, sprinkle some olives and onions on top if that. Roll up and cute into pinwheel bit size pieces.

Yummy

My family loves this dip. I have even put it on a pizza crust

Buffalo Chicken Wing Party Dip
3 bonless chicken breast
2 bricks cream cheese
3/4 c of Hot sauce
1 15 oz jar of blue cheese dressing
Boil chicken breast in salted water until no longer pink and cool
Soften cream cheese to room temp.
Cube cooled chicken into small pieces.
Spread cream cheese into bottom of an 8x8 baking dish
In seperate bowl mix hot sauce and blue cheese dressing Stir in chicken till thoroughly coated.
Spread onto the cream cheese.
Bake at 350 until bubbly (15 to 20 min)
Serve with tortilla chips and cellery

Berry Easy Pie

4 cups mixed berries (I used the bagged frozen from Costco)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

In large mixing bowl combine ingredients. Stir well and place berry mixture in a 9" pie shell. Top with second crust and seal edges. Bake at 375 degrees F. If fruit is frozen bake 70 minutes, if thawed bake 45 minutes.

I served it with vanilla ice cream!

This is our favorite dip.
Spread can of refried beans on large platter.
Spread container of jalopen dip
spread container of guaqamole dip
put shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can of sliced olives
cut up tomaotes
cut up green onions.
Eat with toritlla chips
Sorry about the spelling mistakes, but you should be able to figure out what is needed.

I'm going to make little smokies...so easy and yummy.

2 or 3 packs of the little smokies
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1 jar of grape jelly

Through it in the crock pot and you're done!

Everyone loves them
