Wow you ladies sure have some good recipes to try. Thank you for your responses. I will be trying them in the future when I'm in the mood for making another meatloaf. Thanks again.

Sorry, I meant to say 1/2 tsp of nutmeg! Yikes! Can you imagine what 1/2 cup would taste like! Anyway, too late to edit, so I'm just replying to my own post. Sorry for my error!

Meatloaf with piquant sauce
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, 1/3 cup catsup, 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs, 1 medium to large onion, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg.
Mix above ingredients and place in a 8x4 loaf pan. Then for the sauce combine 6 Tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 cup nutmeg and 2 tsp dry mustard. Mix and pour over meatloaf and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

(Tbsp - Tablespoon, tsp -teaspoon.)

Okay, sorry again, I guess I should proof read, right?! When I lean my palm against my laptop sometimes it wipes away what I write! 6 Tbsp brown sugar!
