I replaced my bullet with the Ninja and I love it!! I looked at the Vita-Mix and thought it too expensive, plus I didn't really need an honest-to-goodness juicer. I make smoothies all the time and even include some greens in them - bananas hide the taste of almost anything else. I also used the Ninja this summer to make Gazpacho. It was delicious and so easy. I dusted off my 40 year old Oster blender - still working well and in beautiful shape - and gave it to a friend who needed a blender.
As the weather turns to winter I expect to start using the bread dough feature on the Ninja, too. BTW, if you are interested in this product it was significantly less expensive at my local BJ's than the online place I actually bought it. Learn from my mistake!

Default Juicer

My daughter, who has the VitaMix, also looked at the Ninja when she made her purchase. I spoke w/her yesterday about which Ninja model she would recommend and learned that she and Will are purchase one for me. Once I get it and have had an opportunity to use same, I will report back to you all.

Thanks for all of your input.

Yeah!!! I love it when the gift is exactly what the recipient wanted. Enjoy and let us know how you like it.
