Not sure which mixer you are referring to but I do have the Bosch Universal
(an older model) and I use it every other day for mixing bread dough. I've
had it for several years and it's still going strong. Much more sturdy than a KA.

I had one for lots of years. I used it every day and made all bread for my family almost every day. We had three sons-do I need to say more. I invested in all of the components such as the juicer, blender, slicers and food processor. They interchanged easily. I gave it to one of my daughters-in-laws about a year ago because I no longer cook and bake that much anymore since family in long on their own. She also loves it. It is one of the best investments I ever made and recommend it highly.

I am looking at the wonder mix. It takes up less room on counter top and is much less expensive.

For all around cooking and baking, etc. you can't beat the Bosh mixer. Have had one for over 25 years and it is still going strong. Bought a second one on e-bay for our winter home. I agree, the Bosh is much stronger and better than the KA.

Never heard of Bosch. I have a Vita Mix that was given to me. It is supposed to make bread from the wheat you plucked in your field, to dumping it into the baking pan. I haven't tried it yet. I guess I'm scared of it.
