I bought enough jalapenos yesterday at the farmers market to make a couple dozen poppers. I'm hoping for a good cream cheese filling recommendation.

I can't vouch for the recipe but I would be glad to come over and be a taste tester. :)

i do lots of peppers on the grill first i let the ceam cheese soften then add lots of garlic and pretty much any other spice you like but heres my trick i use a cake decorating tip to fill the peppers and i always wrap my peppers with bacon you will need tooth picks to hold them together and make sure to cover the hole with the bacon so your cheese wont melt out these are great enjoy!

I had a yummy one Saturday at a tailgate party. He had sliced them in half and removed the seeds. Then he filled with chopped shrimp/cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and grilled. They were yummy!!! When I make them, I have to be careful not to fill with too much cream cheese or it squishes out through the bacon.
