Default No bake peanut butter pie

A co-worker made this pie and brought it into work. It is so yummy...I even wanted to lick the plate.

1 ready made chocolate crust
1 eight ounce package of cream cheese
1cup of peanutbutter
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 container of cool whip (or any type of whipped topping)

Mix cream cheese and peanut butter together, then add powdered sugar and beat until well blended.
Add whipped cream topping and beat at high speed until smooth.
Pour into pie crust and put into fridge for atleast 2 hours. You may want to top it with some mini reeses peanut butter cups cut in quarters. You wont believe how delicious this is!

Now that's my idea of a yummy recipe! I never thought of peanut butter and cream cheese together, but I'm willing to try it. The holidays are always fun times to try out new decadent treats.

My girlfriend invited me and my husband over for Thanksgiving dinner one year. Her husband, her two teenage boys, her BIL where there and we had really enjoyed her cooking. She's a fantastic cook and baker. After dinner she brought out her peanut butter pie, which none of us had eaten before. It was melt in your mouth good. When her BIL tasted it he exclaimed....'THIS PIE IS SLAP MY MOMMA' delicious. We all broke down laughing. He is so down home country it just sounded so perfect coming out of him, especially since his Momma would have probably slapped him back!!! LOL

My friend makes one with PB and (non-instant) vanilla pudding mix. It is so good, once when we coming to visit, he was making his second one, because he ate the first one!!
