When you say "powdered sugar" do you mean icing sugar? And is it just a small cool whip? Thanks for this recipe, it sounds so good!

Yes the white soft sugar. An 8 ounce small container of whipped topping.

sounds yummy have similar recipe but instead of sugar add consdensed sweet milk
