My sister shared a recipe for bug spray with me the other day that her SIL that owns a nursery shared with her. It WORKS!!!!
1/4 cup buttermilk 2 cups flour (either self rising or plain) enough water to fill the rest of a gallon jug Mix all this together and put in sprayer and spray your plants and bushes. We both have tried it out and it really works. You will see the difference!! Just shake it up real good so the flour doesn't settle to the bottom!!! I don't know if it kills the bugs or they just can't stand buttermilk. Try it!! |
Thanks! I'll be making that.

Hope it does work! We need something to use on plants around the backyard pond & this just might be it :)!.

You shold see the difference it made on my tomatoes. Those little killer black bugs were sucking the life out of them. I sprayed them and within just a couple of days they had grown several inches and was turning green again.

Does it work for June Bugs? They buffet on my roses.

How do you store the jug with what's left over?

Does it leave a white residue on everything?
