Sounds good, but I'll make a few changes. Skip the frosting, decrease the milk by a TBSP or so, and add diced apples or blueberries. Less guilt, not so sweet? Will try it in 2 weeks for a family gathering. I made Snickerdoodles many, many times growing up. My favorite cookie.

Yes, the icing was a bit intense. If nothing else, I would use a lot less of it the next time.
