This one sounds like an awesome substitute :D:D:D
I am going to take this to Christmas dinner this year!!!

BROCCOLI AND DURKEE FRENCH FRIED
ONIONS CASSEROLE

1 can broccoli soup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1/2 c. milk
Dash of black pepper
1 c. Durkee French fried onions

Combine broccoli soup, milk, soy sauce and black pepper. In a 10 x 6 inch baking dish pour 1/2 broccoli soup mixture and 1/2 of the onions. Layer 1/2 broccoli. Pour remaining soup mixture and rest of broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add remaining onions last 5 minutes of baking.

I will make two, one without the soy sauce for the family watching their salt intake, but I will substitute a reduced beef broth

My family's version of Green Bean Casserole:

Three cans cut green beans
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup
3 jars whole mushrooms

Layer these ingredients twice - beans, soup, then mushrooms. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Top with French Fried Onion Rings, bake another 10 minutes.

Delicious and could not be easier.
