Thread: Wonderful! Baked Cauliflower

    Head of cauliflower-cut into florets steam slightly about 3-4 minutes.
    Drain
    toss with olive oil about 1/2 cup
    Mix
    cup of Italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper,1t. garlic power
    coat each floret place in 9x13 baking dish spray with Pam.
    sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
    Bake 400-25 min.
    Enjoy.

    Yum, I have cauliflower in my fridge right now. I usually make the frosted cauliflower, but have been worrying about the fat content from the cheese and mayo even though I use the olive oil mayo. Wonder if 1/3 or 1/4 cup of oil would work? I am trying so hard to get below this weight plateau I am on.

    Love cauliflower. Going to try this recipe soon. Looks like it would be good for dieters. Thanks for recipe.
