This is a fairly "heart healthy" recipe. You could substitute apple sauce for the oil to make it even more-so.

Kahlua Brownies

3/4 C. white flour
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1/4 C. cocoa
1/2 tsp. each B.S. & B.P.
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 C. Kahlua (or chocolate liquor)
2 Tbsp. skim milk
2 Tbsp. veg. oil
2 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 C white sugar
1 C. shredded zuccini

Mix first 5 ingred. together. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Combine, and pour into prepared 8" square pan.

Bake @ 350° F for 25 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.

Cool completely, then frost with:

2-3 Tbsp. butter, or margarine
1 C icing sugar
1 to 3 tsp of same liquor used in cake...just enough to make frosting spreadable consistency.

Enjoy!!

You are all welcome. I made this yesterday when my step-daughter was coming for dinner. (Last visit before she heads to college. :( ) I had to frost it quickly before she went home so she could have some. LOL
