A friend just bought a (horse) stall mat. Not pretty, but large (4' x 8' I think) and very effective. She's using it in a workout room (yoga, weights, why? why? why?) and is really happy with it.

I'm glad you posted this - I'm working on a quilt now and have the same situation. Fused with Steam a Seam 2 but it's a baby quilt so plan to hand stitch also....

Love this idea! My mother had dementia and never tired of looking at old pictures - she knew everyone! She had a photo board on her wall and we talked about everyone on there at least once a day :-)
