I saw a paper pieced quilt I would like to make except it is 14"x17" and I would like it larger. Is it possible to enlarge it on a photo copy machine then make the connecting seams only 1/4 inch?

Last year I made microwave bowl cozies for gifts. The recipients really liked them and have hinted they could use more. Our gifts can give pleasure and not be bed quilts.
