I used to accordion fold my fabric, then use large safety pins. I recently started basting across the fabric edge, just as it comes off the bolt. No tangles,easy to dry and snip off too.

I use it to remove my makeup- melts away mascara without burning my eyes. I also get eczema on my elbows and it stops the itch and rash. Good in the kitchen too!
