I use, hand sanitizing gel like Purell or "no name" brands work too, put it on then use a toothbrush to scrub - then try washing
it has worked for me on my son's white and coloured shirts, for wine, coffee and blood
if this does not work - try shaving cream and a toothbrush,(not gel type shaving cream) foam type works best
not sure what else to try because both of these take out pretty much every stain I have ever had
