How about putting it toward a really good camera and starting a second hobby? Or you could use it to document all of your future quilts. You could start to make historical quilts or some other specialized quilts and then write a book about all the things you've learned about the special quilts and use your quilts as the documentation.
Myself...I would like to buy a new foot for my quilting machine as I have found one that I think would help me see better while I work. That magnifier that someone else mentioned sounds pretty nice too. I guess I'm getting blind in my older age.
