Oh My I have had mine about 4 years and the stitch reg. has never worked. sent the machine back one time. came back in worse shape than when I sent it. I have called, emailed and I still cant seem to get any help. The warranty expires in 2014 so I guess they are trying to hold out until then. I just use the manual stitch but I sure could not make one for anyone else.
Very disappointed in this company .
