Also keep in mind what kind of machine you have. My Bernina is very heavy and the wheeled sewing cases at Joanns and Harbor freight just didn't have strong enough handles or wheels for this machine. I returned both and finally bit the bullet and bought a 3 piece set from a local sewing shop. It was $195 and came with a large heavy duty roller bag, a shoulder bag to hold fabric and supplies and a large flat zippered bag to hold a large cutting mat. I can't see the brand on the bag but if you are interested I'll call and find out the brand.

I am also a scrapbooker and have found the Crop n style wheeled tote to be very durable. They come in different sizes. There are many knock off brands that aren't nearly as strong. I would check Craigs list as I have seen many of these in my area for a very reasonable price, seems as though scrapbooking is a past fad for many and people are trying to rid themselves of supplies.
