If your shoulders and neck give you problems try changing the angle of your machine so you have more visibility. My wife uses the Tilt'able http://www.amazon.com/Ergonomic-Sewi.../dp/B001817TUO and I use a homemade one that is much less expensive. They made a huge difference in fatigue when we started using them. (BTW, you should still get the machine).
