If there was an easy way, everyone would weigh 110 pounds! We, (as a nation) have to wrap our heads around the fact that we eat way too much processed food, no where near enough fruits and veggies, and are just plain sedentary..we need to walk more, eat right..that's the ONLY healthy way that will last ...everything else is smoke and mirrors.
