twice last night within 1 hr of my email about my iron not working. I sent the defective iron off today - sent them the tracking number - they said they would get me the tracking number and get the new iron to me asap. I am very happy with their customer service. I love the iron too - it gets very hot, it does shut down but it heats back up very quickly - and the feet down feature is actually very nice when you get used to it - so I am a big fan of Oliso.
I just saw the post above about the Oliso having a leaking problem - it says specifically in the manual
Do Not use Distilled Water it will cause it to sputter and leak - kind of strange that it would do that but I don't use distilled for that reason. I don't know if that's why yours did that but just wanted to point that out.
