Larger pieces are on the bolt boards that I ask for at the quilt store. No, I won't use it in my lifetime but my family knows just what to do with it whenever I cannot sew anymore. Keep enjoying it without guilt but do add a piece from time to time-it is good for a quilter's well being.
Well said, quilterpurpledog! Exactly what I was thinking but you said it better. We may not ever use up our fabric but it will still bring pleasure to another quilter, later. In the mean time, I'm trying to use up some of mine for donation quilts. And I do believe that those of us who enjoy fabric still need some new fabric in our lives from time to time!
