I have the Sewmor 606 version. It is a very nice machine.
Regarding yours, what's wrong with the motor and controller?
The stitch length adjuster is the lever, the red knob is the lock that holds the lever in place when you get it set where you want it.
I don't see a bracket on the motor, if it's just missing the screws they are standard 10-32 thread IIRC.
