Bacon Wrapped Little Loaves
1 1/2 lb. hamb
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 t. salt
1/2 t. instant beef bouillon
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. panko bread crumbs
1 small onion chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 slices bacon, cut in halves
Combine all but bacon. Shape in 6 loaves. Crisscross 2 half slices bacon on loaves. Bake 50 min. at 350. I got this from a Betty Crocker Hamb. cookbook and have been making it since 1975
