For those having trouble with Tri-Recs type rulers, I had forgotten how fun and easy the Deb Tucker V-block trimmer is to use. This is a trim-down version of this unit; you cut the pieces a bit large, and her ingenious ruler makes it a breeze to trim it down. Also the paper piecing version is available, and if you haven't learned to paper piece, this would be a super easy block to learn on. There are numerous YouTube tutorials to instruct.
It struck me that we have two of the block elements of En Provence so far (but those were even larger).
