Have the Turtle Burgers and for dessert serve my favorite little
Mini Cheeseburger Cookies. And for "fries" you can cut the crusts off white bread, scissor cut them into strips, spray with pam and sugar and cinnamon, bake at about 257 till crisp. Then with a red cake decorating tube, put a wavy line of "catsup" over part of it.
I fold some small squares of paper into a more or less diaper shape and stuff the "fries" into it. Looks like they came from a fast food joint.

    Is it for real?

Handmade ground beef patties, topped with sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped in a bacon weave, then the next step, add hot dogs as the heads, legs with slits for toes and tail.

Next step. Place on an oven rack, covered loosely with foil and baked for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees. A little crispy, not too crunchy... just how a turtle should be, no?
Love this!! My cousin collects turtles, and guess what I'm going to fix for her the next time we get together? haha

What a cute idea. LOL. I'd make them much smaller though.
