Whilst stumbling the other day I came across this fantastic website that I thought you might like to know about. http://www.daystyledesigns.com/ There are lots of free videos that you can view, demonstrating machine quilting, but best of all there are endless free-motion quilting designs, all very kindly shared by Leah Day, with free videos demonstrating the technique for sewing them.
