Beautiful! I'd say fussy cutting definitely worked! I would cut squares of the remaining fabric.

I would cut tumblers and add to my pile for a scrappy tumbler quilt. It wouldn't be as hard or any harder at least as the fussy cutting you already did. :-)

There was a time when I would try to get more from it. Now I give it to a lady in church who does not have much money to buy fabric.

Once upon a time I had a piece of fabric like the one you fussy cut from and after many, many months of trying to decide what do with such a mess, I finally trashed it. But, I will admit it was not easy to throw even that piece of fabric away. LOL

I always cut my leftover fabric into 2.5" squares. I've made some beautiful scrap quilts. Sometimes I ilike them better than the carefully-planned quilts.

Would be good for nickel quilts or miniature quilts. Too beautiful to throw away. If you don't want to cut up use in a doggy beg for stuffing. You did a beautiful job on your quilt

Yup, I would bother. I collect scraps. How I do it depends on the time and peace I have. When I get a commercial-sized pickle jar full of all sorts of cut scraps and have the urge to sew and do not have a project or am healing from a project, etc. I dig out the jar and sew "manufactured material" or test blocks or try out a new technique.

Scraps rule.
