Would you even bother?

I am cheap! I see plenty of usable fabric in there. I see strips for a strip quilt. I see squares for some half square triangles... I would not throw it out! If it is good quality fabric, I am sure that I could use some of that up elsewhere.
What about a totally scrappy quilt??? Those are beautiful colors for that!

I am often amazed at what other people use. I give all my scraps to my mum and she produces masterpieces! (I once found my mum going through my scrap bin taking out fabric I thought was too small, but she found a use for it).

Sometimes I just don't think. I have a huge tote of scraps left from cutting out cotton shorts and dresses. So they are really odd shaped pieces. I've been slowly cutting them into 3.5, 2.5 or 2 inch strips. Never thought to use my June Tailor Ruler. Thanks for the idea!
Seems that way, but..............this is what I would do: cut crossgrain in ten or twelve inch "strips" then put it under the June Tailor Short Cut and cut as many strips as you can get out of that. Trim off the "scrap" at each end. You'll have strips that can be cut into squares as/if needed.
That is one beautiful floral quilt!!
