    I like the border. I also saw the floor showing through and though it was a narrow strip to set off the blocks before adding the border. That would look good too. Sweet baby quilt. Go for what makes you feel good. I find that my first instincts are usually the best ones.

    Yes, count me as one of the people who almost always choose a border. Your quilt is beautiful. Someone will treasure it for years!

    At a quick look I thought there were two boarders. (The floor showing through would be the narrow one.) Would look great with two boarders with the narrower one being high contrast.

    I almost always put at least one border on my quilts. I just think it frames the quilt nicely and shows off the center better, gives it a finished look.
    Your quilt, you can do as you please.
