I've used many spools of Invisafil thread. I think perhaps some people are confusing this thread with invisible thread, the clear thread used by some quilters. It's a very fine thread which is great for bobbins. I often use Deco-Bob (same brand) for the machine thread and Invisafil for the bobbin. It all washes and dries perfectly.

Love the quilt. I also used the thread on a quilt for my grandson and after about a year quite a bit of the thread just disapeared. I was able to repair the quilt by doing SITD. I also will not be using this thread again. Hugs BrendaK
