All these little quilts are just so wonderful. I'll be working on McDaniel's quilt this weekend. Already have the plan and some blocks made...just need to sew, sew, sew!!!

TYVM jjack ....I wanted to try something different. I love Asian fabrics and wanted to try the lanterns block and the fabric container I saw a tutorial on. I hope my partner likes it.

Wow Margie - another beautiful DQ. I have never thought about the Asian designs - you do such beautiful work - I know because I have one of gorgeous quilts - Thanks again - I love seeing your quilt above my sewing machine.

THANK YOU Tammy, that is a nice thing to say. I know I am not experienced as most are on here. HOWEVER, the great thing about these doll quilt exchanges is that it is a really nice way to try new fabrics, new techniques, blocks etc. without getting overwhelmed.

I LOVE the one you made me too...so creative. I dont know how to do the panel the way you did...have to try that technique. You should do a tutorial on it.

As usual, beautiful work Margie. I also have one of your quilts hanging on my wall over my machine, and my coffee mug is always on my personalized mug-mat. So I think of you every day.
