well I didn't mean letting the person who mailed it know I mean what to do with the post office, do I take the change and the envelope to the post office? or will they drop me a liitle bill for it??

Normally at least at my house they knock on the door and I pay them, but if it was pennies, the mailman might of paid it. I would put the change in a baggie with a note to the mail man.

I have gotten those before and I just put the money in an envelope with a note stating what it's for. You could even tear off part of the enelope that says you have postage due and put that in there too.
