Now to visit my stash for either alternate blocks or sashing. My final layout may depend on what I have for yardage in my stash.

Thank you for waiting so patiently for the rest of blocks, here they are.

Please let me know if you have any questions on the cutting out or pieceing together.

Some notes:
Monkey Wrench, if your fabrics are long enough, layer the two together and press, cut one strip 6 7/8 inchs wide, from this strip start with the largest square and continue cutting out your squares 5 1/4; 3 7/8; (cut 2) 2 5/8.

The Almo I made 4 blocks and then sewed them together like a 4 patch. The upper left corner and bottom right are 9 patchs, I constructed them first, then the other 2 blocks by laying out my pieces on a small piece of batting in the order shown.

Your blocks are really pretty, Farnsworth. I have to tell you, the monkey wrench wasn't my favorite block. It did come out okay, but I don't like working with those bias edges. A lot of starch helps a lot.

Ok The Monkey Wrench was a lot easier than I thought, while I was looking at the pattern I thought that the way they had the first fabric was how you had to make those blocks, so it definately was easier! The thing I should have done was square up after every square instead of all at the end...
