Wow they would have to fight me for one of my quilts and there aren't all that great. I give most of them away and very few but I just couldn't sell one for $3.00. Lucky you.

I have no idea what your prices are for fresh fruit and veg, but I bought spring onions for $3.00 today and you got a gorgeous quilt! Thanks for posting pics of your precious finds and it's great you got the makers name for the creation of a label. I must learn to label....it is so interesting for people to read them if they find them years later as you did.

What a great find - it's so cute. And as for the ones in the dumpster ... it's good that you went by there to save them. I hate seeing stuff in the trash that can be used by someone else. I believe in Goodwill and the SA for donating useable items.
