You are great, Mommy Sylviak, to adopt twins! I hope I don't have you tearing your hair out with all my questions! I'll try to be a good daughter and listen to everything that you say.

I would love to be adopted!!! I've only been quilting for about 4 months now. I'm just starting to try FMQ, and would love to learn SITD. I've fallen in love with quilting and want to learn everything!!!

Hi! I was just like u some years ago, always admiring quilts but didn't feel I could do it! Trust me, once u get started, there is no looking back. You will want to make quilts after quilts! Everyone here will agree that quilting is addictive! You have to get started somehow. Take up a basic quilting class in your LQS or just pop a question here. The ladies here would love to help u get started. I'm not experienced enough to be your quilting mummy but I'm sure there will be someone happy to adopt u. :) Enjoy your quilting journey!

I'd be happy to adopt someone-I've been quilting for over 20yrs. Owned a quilt shop for a while, did custom hand-quilting for customers. I admit I DO NOT machine quilt, never got the hang of it and since I have 2 great friends that bought long-arms and learned to do expert quilting on them I found no need to embarrass myself with my poor attempts! So if interested in being my adopted daughter or son PM me and we can get started

I have adopted a group of 6 from work. None had quilted before, more than half had never sewn a stitch. They are turning out some wonderful stuff. We've done quilts, bags, and pot holders. One of the girls made a cane cover for one of our clients that uses a cane. We are all having a ball. The big thing here is that any time we get a visitor and they say they "can't" everyone here jumps up to tell them, "yes you can".
