Finding so many different farm-related fabrics took almost as much time as actually sewing it - searched ebay, local shops & many new shops each time we traveled out of our area - thanks DH!

We have Tennessee Walkers, so I'm partial to horses too. I plan to make a horse-theme quilt for my 8 yr old grandson who loves to ride horses & has his own.

What a lucky baby. I love the brightness of the quilt, it is very cheery. The pattern is really neat too.

Had to think a moment to know what you meant - "& the stairs as well" LOL We built our home 26 yr ago - not fancy, but it is very sturdy - prerequisite with 4 active children & all their friends. We've taken many snapshots on those stairs - easy to "line em up" for photos.
