    You can use plain blankets ( the cheap kind) for batting in charity qults 2.

    Great Find!!! So many times folks think about the top, but the batting can really add to the cost of a quilt. So glad you found your bargains. Our local thirft shops do not have nearly the bargains others on the board seem to find. Will keep looking anyway.
