try dampening it and then sprinkle with accent. I used this years ago and it worked really well. The accent breaks down the urine

Good Luck

If that happened to me , the cat would be looking for a new home. I havea spray called odor out and it works on all kind of odors maybe that might help.

We have had cats for many years ...and many peeing/spraying incidents. We took a futon cover to the dry cleaner and when we got it back, it was at least as bad as before it was cleaned.

After washing it, it was better, but of course, it had shrunk, which is why I'd tried dry cleaning it.

Baking soda mixed with water to form a paste, put the paste on the afflicted area rub it in, let it set then wash. I hope one of these suggestions works but I wouldn't do anymore on the quilt until the smell is gone and/or the cat. :XD: :XD:

Molly looks like a Himilayan to me...used to have a flame point Himilayan but he didn't have quite as much tabby marking as Molly. She sure is pretty! :)

I have used vinegar as a natural cleaner for pet stains on carpet, and it always works well.

Thank you all for the great suggestions! The Nature's Miracle appears to be working. I will keep using it until I am ready to wash the quilt and then use a ton of Oxyclean and see what happens. I am keeping my fingers crossed!
